 Cancellation Policy: A two night minimum stay may be required on special event week-ends. The cancellation fee is $100 for all minimum night stays.   All other cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date have no penalty. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will require a 50% payment if the room is not re-booked. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charge in full.
